It is establish that 80% of our immune system is in our gut which means having right balance of bacteria is very vital. Which will lead to healthy life and full of energy or if not maintained properly lead to life full of discomfort.   

The balance of bacteria if disturbed in gut because of use of antibiotics, taking unhealthy food and pesticide ingestion. This may lead towards disturbing condition such as: Constipation, fullness of stomach and heavy feeling, severe inflammation, deficiency of vitamin, depression, anxiety, eczema and acne (Skin condition)
